Our May Calendar is almost entirely booked.  There are some openings in June for visitors.  Please let us know in advance if you would like to bring your friends, family or group for a tour.

Our visitors’-policy is to please contact us via email, hello@wingandaprayerfarm.com, to make an appointment.  Guests came from near and far and visited for a little while or stayed for workshops and extended stays.  We have traded a lot of hens, eggs, pies and wool, hosted a lot of workshops, tours & events and have shared a lot of fiber-animal-love.

In the winter,  the animals are closer to the barn for winter paddocks and shorter paths to filling water buckets as the weather turns colder.  Winter bedding, hay, grain and more mucking change the scene from pastoral to barnyard for the most part.  But closer daily contact with the animals is a great treat in itself.  In the spring the lambs and kids and associated duties fill our days, as well as mucking out and sprucing up.  Summer is quiet with everyone out to pasture and just trying to keep water buckets full and pests at bay.  Fall is a great time as the temps cool off a bit, the animals are more comfortable and the lambs are still quite bouncy!

We’ll keep the blog updated with snips and quips, try to update our Etsy shop with availability of fiber and pies and such, and you can always check the lambcam or kidcam to keep a remote eye on the farm.

Are you in this gallery?  If not this year, then maybe next!

Thanks for being such a supportive following.
