Join Tammy White, proprietress of Wing & A Prayer Farm and celebrated pie maker, as she teaches you the farmhouse and family recipe for her locally famous fruit pies from start to finish.  Roll out crusts made from scratch and prepare fruit fillings that showcase the freshest local ingredients of the season. The next time you plan a dinner party or a need a gift for friends, you’ll have the skills to whip up a delicious and delightful homemade pie.

Housed inside Brook Valley Appliance in Manchester, VT,  the BVA Kitchen is an interactive space  sharing the newest in cooking technologies in a hands-on environment.  Cooking demonstrations offer an intimate setting to learn from local and national chefs. Enjoy cuisine featuring local and Vermont products.
