Sweater Weather is coming and we’re ready to open the doors to the public for our new Wool Shop + Apothecary at Wing & A Prayer Farm.

Starting on October 3rd, at noon, you can visit the farm and shop in our new space that’s fully supplied with all of your favorite farm yarns and kits in beautiful natural and naturally dyed colors. We also sell Jamieson’s of Shetland’s Spindrift and Double Knitting yarns in our shop, with lots of knitting kits to go with the variety of colors.

We have wool in so many forms! We have wool batting for quilters or for pillow making, and we have wool felt, wool for spinners and wool for needlefelters or wet-felting.

We even have wool pellets for the garden!

In addition to all of the wool we sell, you can find our farm-made soaps and other apothecary items. Herbal tinctures and fresh herbal bundles and wreaths will be in limited supply for the Grand Opening. We have plenty of farm soaps and other apothecary items that we make on the farm or source locally from small businesses.

We even have candles made locally by Ardent Flame and our own beeswax candles.

We have Embroidery supplies and rug hooking supplies, beautiful notions for crafting and sewing, and gorgeous Tannei Casey Handmade natural dyed project and tote bags.

You can find stationery, puzzles, stickers and notebooks/pads in all kinds of beautiful and whimsical prints, too.

Special treats such as homemade pie and hot apple cider, tea and coffee will be available during the Grand Opening. We will also have eggs, mutton and pies for sale.

Each day of our Grand Opening, there will be surprise discounts and giveaways. Come and join us in the fun of sharing our new space.

Shop is open from Noon to 5 from October 3 - 7, and we will post weekly hours on our Social Media and Website after that.

Plenty of parking is available and someone will direct you if it is not obvious when you arrive.

RSVP’ing is not necessary, but it does help us to know how many to expect/how much pie to make!
