Our friends in Shaftsbury raise a flock of Jacob sheep and ask us to take their wool each year, turn it into yarn, and then return it to them for knitting their family sweaters! This year they let us buy some from them to share with you! It’s buttery soft but with good enough ‘tooth’ that it wants to hold together to make you a long wearing sweater, too.
