This linen fiber is imported from Belgium, where the finest linen in the world is grown. It is spun exclusively for Lyric Hill Farm by a mill in New England. This is the same 8/4 Lea wet spun linen we used to make washcloths and back scrubbers. Spool comes with knitting instructions for Market Bag (Kit), or as is for creating useful and decorative woven, crocheted or knitted pieces. It is available in 8 ounce, 330 yard spools which contain enough fiber for making 4-5 cloths (depending on needle size and gauge).

The finished size of Linen Market Bag is approximately 16” x 14” x 4”. Linen has enough give to be able to fill it with lots of goodies, but not so much stretch that it hits the ground when you put something heavy in it.
