Each skein of 2-ply worsted weight Shetland is 200 yards and a rich, cream color with pearly lustre. Soft as a feather with a twist that’s soft and supportive of all of your projects’ stitches. This yarn comes from my friend Dianne’s flock in Kentucky. She added Shetland sheep to her flock about 10 years ago when she’d visited our farm and fell in love with them. Under Dianne’s shepherding, they have thrived and bare beautiful fleeces.
